Reservations & Cancellations
Reservations are strongly recommended. If you find you are unable to keep your reservations, we request a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Guests who do not honor their reservation may be charged a cancellation fee.  

When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked for a credit card in order to complete the reservation. We understand that this makes some people uncomfortable rest assured your information is safe, will not be shared with outside sources and is protected by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS). 

This is not a prepayment; you will not be charged at the time of reservation and may use any type of payment at the point of sale. This is a no-show fee if you do not show for your scheduled appointment. You will receive a confirmation call 24 hours in advance of your appointment, at that time if you need to cancel or move you may do so at that time, last-minute cancellations or no shows will be charged. 

Clients who neglect to cancel an appointment and fail to appear will be charged 50% of the price of service(s) booked.  Our Saturday reservations are always in high demand; please know that a Saturday reservation requires a credit card. The credit card will be held and not charged until after your treatment is complete.

Please be punctual.
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your reservation so you may relax and receive the full benefit of our services. If your arrival is 15 minutes past the time of your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule or your appointment may be shortened in order to accommodate the next guest.  

Our intent is to provide quality, personalized service in a timely manner.  

Late arrival (ten minutes) will reduce your service time as to not impede 

on the next guests' service.  

Amenities
We strive to offer privacy in our spa with changing in your individual treatment room however; we do provide lockers for full day spa packages. Robes, towels, sandals, shower facility, restroom, vanity area and select toiletry items are provided. If you are relaxing with a pedicure, we recommend wearing open toed sandals and loose pants. Massage and body treatments are enjoyed clothing free – careful draping procedures are exercised at all times.

Valuables
Please leave your jewelry, watches and other valuables at home. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

A little peace and quiet, please.
To ensure our peaceful atmosphere and the enjoyment of all our patrons, we ask that all cell phones and pagers be turned off during your visit.
 

Children
Children under 16 are not permitted in the spa area unless they are receiving a treatment and accompanied by an adult. In addition, please ensure your child can contribute to our stress-free environment in the hair salon area.
 

Gift Cards
Our gift cards are presented in a lovely gift bag so they are a perfect gift for any occasion, in any denomination. They may be purchased in person, by phone, or on our website. Gift Cards are NON-refundable.  They may be used for services or products.
