Credit Card must be on file to hold your appointment. When scheduling your appointment, you will be asked for a credit card in order to complete the reservation. We understand that this makes some people uncomfortable rest assured your information is safe, will not be shared with outside sources and is protected by Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCIDSS). This is not a prepayment; you will not be charged at the time of reservation and may use any type of payment at the point of sale. This is a no-show fee if you do not show for your scheduled appointment. You will receive a confirmation call 24 hours in advance of your appointment, at that time if you need to cancel or move you may do so at that time, last-minute cancellations or no shows will be charged. Clients who neglect to cancel an appointment and fail to appear will be charged 50% of the price of service(s) booked.
